LG Electronics (LG) is introducing new technologies and features in its new Residential Air Conditioning product lines that increase performance, reduce energy consumption, and enhance user comfort with the use of artificial intelligence, according to a press release shared with the media today.
The wide range of LG air conditioners includes new LG products Artcool AI Air Mirror and LG Dualcool AI Air in Premium versions a Deluxe, which can be placed just below the ceiling (8 cm) and have larger outdoor units for higher efficiency. They will offer the following features, among others:
- AI Air: This feature constantly analyzes your air conditioning usage and automatically adjusts settings for optimal operation and comfort.
- All Cleaning: With a single touch, the Freeze Cleaning function can be started simultaneously with Auto Clean, ensuring comprehensive cleaning and hygiene.
- Sleep Timer+: A function that optimizes air conditioning operation during sleep, ensuring ideal conditions for rest.
- AI kW Manager: This feature gives you full control over your energy consumption. It allows you to monitor your current consumption and set a target consumption for more efficient operation.
Other benefits that improve the comfort and efficiency of LG air conditioners include:
- Double slat: This function allows you to direct the airflow up or down, further and faster, ensuring ideal comfort in any season.
- Active power management: Thanks to active power management, you can set maxthe minimum frequency of the compressor motor, thereby regulating energy consumption and cooling capacity.
- Low noise: LG air conditioner indoor units operate with noise levels starting at just 19 dB. This is achieved thanks to LG's unique angled fan, ALVC (Active Low Vibration Control) technology and BLDC fan motor.
- GoldFin™ Technology: The special Gold Fin™ coating protects the heat exchanger surface from excessive wear and corrosion, extending the life of the device.
- Low refrigerant level detection: Early notification of low refrigerant levels protects your air conditioner from potential damage.
- UV Nano™: This technology uses ultraViolet light to remove up to 99,99% of bacteria, ensuring the purity of the air flowing through.
- Person detection sensor: The human position detector provides convenient airflow control and automatically saves energy by adjusting the air conditioning performance to the presence of people in the room (DUALCOOL AI AIR PREMIUM model only).
- Open window detection sensor: The system reduces energy loss by automatically activating economy mode when there are sudden temperature changes, for example when a window is open. It also helps prevent condensation.
- Humidity control: Comfort humidity control optimizes the humidity level in the room according to the set temperature without causing excessive cooling.
- Comprehensive air care: The multi-stage filtration process with the "Frost Cleaning" function cleans the air from dust and bacteria, ensuring that the air you breathe is always fresh.
- Plasmaster™ Ionizer+: This powerful ionizer protects you from unpleasant odors and bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus. By sterilizing over 3 million ions, it creates a cleaner and safer environment.
- AI DUAL™ Inverter HeatPump Compressor™: Compressor for high energy efficiency.

The Dual Inverter Compressor used in selected LG air conditioner models is an efficient solution for trouble-free air conditioning operation. Unlike conventional models, it cools faster, lasts longer and operates more quietly. Thanks to the principle of the dual rotary compressor with variawith low speed, it suppresses vibrations, thereby reducing overall noise and at the same time minireduces the risk of cracking surrounding pipes. In addition, the compressor motor with a wider rotation frequency is highly energy efficient and offers a higher rapid cooling capacity than conventional compressors.

LG ARTCOOL AI Air Mirror
The new LG ARTCOOL AI Air uses artificial intelligence to optimize temperature and airflow direction based on room layout and user location in real time. With the ThinQ™ app, you can conveniently control, monitor, and customize the air conditioner. The Sleep Timer+ function adjusts temperature and airflow for ideal sleep based on individual habits.
It stands out for its modern miniA minimalist design with a black mirror glass finish and a horizontal grille that not only emphasizes the luxurious look but also improves air distribution to a wider angle.
The air conditioner actively helps save energy with the AI kW Manager (allows you to monitor consumption and set limits) and Window Open Detection (switches to energy saving mode when an open window is detected). In addition, the presence sensor activates energy saving mode when there is no one in the room.
LG DUALCOOL™ AI Air
LG DUALCOOL™ AI Air (Premium and Deluxe) air conditioners optimize the climate according to user preferences. With AI DUAL Inverter™, it intelligently adjusts temperature and airflow using a human detection sensor and usage analysis via the ThinQ app. AI Air mode automatically adjusts airflow for quick cooling/heating and switches to indirect airflow (Soft Air) when the ideal temperature is reached.
Sleep Timer+ analyzes sleep patterns to ensure an ideal environment and quiet operation during the night. DUAL Vane™ and Soft Air further enhance airflow comfort.
DUALCOOL AI Air saves energy thanks to AI kW Manager (consumption management) and detection of open windows and the presence of people (automatic activation of energy saving mode).
Easy maintenance of clean air is ensured by the All Cleaning mode (complete cleaning cycle including Freeze Cleaning™ and Auto Clean+) and multi-stage filtration. The Plasmaster™ Ionizer++ ionizer eliminates up to 99,9% of bacteria and captures dust and dirt.
LG air conditioners are available on the Czech market through selected distributors, business partners and specialized retailers. The ARTCOOL AI Air Mirror series will offer three models for the home, each with one indoor and one outdoor unit with a capacity of 2,5 kW, 3 kW or 5 kW. The DUALCOOL AI Air Premium series includes models with a capacity of 2,5 kW and 3,5 kW. The DUALCOOL AI Air Deluxe series includes models with a capacity of 2,5 kW, 3,5 kW, 5 kW and also 7 kW.
