When you buy an Android phone, you'll find a variety of Google apps on it. Whether you buy a Pixel 10, Xiaomi 15, or Redmi Note 13, Google has an agreement with manufacturers to pre-install its apps. And they also force a Google search widget onto your home screen.

  1. Open the application Google marked with the colored letter G.
  2. In the top right, tap yours profile picture or initial.
  3. Choose Settings.
  4. Click on Customize the Search widget.

You can also set widget transparency, i.e. its transparency. The wallpaper may not be visible through it at all or it may be almost transparent. You can easily adjust everything to your liking using the slider.
