This interactive panel is displayed directly around the front camera area and it not only looks interesting, but is also very practical. HyperIsland is so interactive element, which completely changes how notifications work.
This is a very smart move from Xiaomi that will simplify multitasking and allow you to continue what you were doing without notifications popping up in any way that would be disruptive. At first glance, it might seem like it's just a copies Dynamic Island od Applu, but that's not the case. Xiaomi borrowed the idea Applu, but modified and improved it in its own way. So it seems that HyperIsland will be even better than Dynamic Island.

Xiaomi will also add its own features to HyperIsland artificial intelligence. And it is not a problem to display two different activities in parallel on a single mobile screen.
