Vivo globally introduced a pair of flagship models, the vivo X300 and vivo X300 Pro, at the end of October. The editorial team received the more advanced of them for testing, the vivo X300 Pro. It is a direct follow-up to its predecessor, the vivo X200 Pro, but it is even more sophisticated, the cameras are slightly better, the performance is higher, and the battery has a longer life. We decided to take it into the field and test its photographic properties in all circumstances. And the results are breathtaking.
November 5, 2025 was the so-called supermoon or supermoon. It is a unique astronomical phenomenon when the Moon comes closest to the Earth in its orbit. And for the photo test Vivo X300 Pro so it was a unique moment. It was clear and we tested how it handles photos of the Moon at different zoom settings. You can achieve up to 100x digital zoom and in the gallery you can clearly see what the Moon looks like zoomed in on maximum. The photo was taken handheld, so the image is not completely perfect, but with a tripod it would be exceptionally good photos.
vivo X300 Pro can do great things night sky photos. And even handheld. But if you want to use the zoom, you need to have a tripod or lean your phone on something, because you have to hold it still for a few seconds, which you can't do in your hand - the result is a blurry image of the stars. And I found that although it takes very good night photos, He is bothered by bright light. You can also see this in the gallery below, where a brightly lit object has a distracting effect even on dark surroundings.
The Vivo X300 Pro is mainly known for its zoom capabilities. Although it is possible to purchase an additional ZEISS 2.35× Telephoto Extender Kit external lens, ordinary mortals don't need it. You can take great photos without it (but with it you can of course zoom in even more). You can see the step-by-step process in the photo gallery approach lookout towers in the mountains or factories behind the lake – maxThe maximum zoom used was 100x, and even though it's not quite perfect when taken by hand, the results are breathtaking.
You are fine. Vivo X300 Pro can you help with photos in fogwhich looks almost magicky, just as he can take pretty good photos against the sun. And manages to capture detailsthat you can barely see with the eye – an example is the rotting process on a pumpkin, on which you can also see frost, or a tiny speck of dust on a dog's nose. And that's without using macro mode.
vivo X300 Pro definitely ranks among the best camera phones in the worldIt can handle all situations well, it doesn't mind low light and thanks to modes like Landscape, Night mode, Stage mode and similarly you can perfectly capture the atmosphere during the day, at night or at a concert.
