LG Electronics (LG) Announces New Premium Gaming Monitor Lineup UltraGear evo™, which will be first introduced at CES® 2026. LG continues to lead the 5K and 5K2K gaming display segment with its product line UltraGear evo expands your high-definition gaming experience. Portfolio monitors with a resolution of 5K and higher include OLED, new MiniLED and ultrawide and combines ultra high resolution, speed and immersive experience in various diagonals. Introductory series UltraGear evo includes three flagship models, the 39GX950B, 27GM950B and 52G930B, which share a common foundation of superior high definition.

39-inch LG UltraThe Gear evo GX9 (39GX950B) continues the legacy of the GX9 series. This 5K2K OLED gaming monitor delivers uncompromising visual quality and an immersive gaming experience. The monitor analyzes and enhances digital content in real time before it is displayed on the monitor panel, delivering stunning 5K resolution clarity without the need for a GPU upgrade. The monitor also features AI Scene Optimization and AI Sound technologies that enhance image and sound performance for an immersive audiovisual experience.

Visual performance is enhanced by LG Primary RGB Tandem OLED technology, which delivers improved brightness, color accuracy, and long panel life with perfect blacks and realistic colors. The large monitor format is paired with a lightning-fast 240Hz refresh rate that ensures consistent response and image fidelity.

The large screen has the vertical height of a standard 42-inch 16:9 display and extends horizontally into a vast 12:9 panoramic view. This format provides a workspace 33 percent wider than a standard UHD monitor. The 1000R curvature envelops the user’s peripheral vision for seamless immersion in the game. New LG series UltraGear evo, which raises the bar even higher, will be unveiled at CES 2026.
