Android 16 QPR3 Beta 2 is out and brings a few bug fixes and stability improvements. But it also quietly removes a handy feature in the Recents menu that many users may not have even discovered.
In previous versions of Android, it allowed Recents screen – the one where you switch between applications – work with images remotely from various applications. Just hold your finger on the image for a long time and a menu with the option copy, share, save locally or open in Google Lens.
