QNAP® Systems, Inc. announced that its QuTS hero h6.0 operating system has won the MSP Today Product of the Year 2026 award. The award is sponsored by TMC, a long-standing authority in technology media and digital solutions for the enterprise sector.
The MSP Today Product of the Year award recognizes products that bring innovation to managed services and help partners and customers more effectively manage everyday IT challenges. QuTS hero h6.0 impressed the judges with its focus on data protection, reliability, and features that make managing modern infrastructure easier.
The solution is based on the ZFS file system, which is known for its high resilience to data corruption and the ability to automatically detect and repair errors. The operating system is designed for enterprise deployments and, in addition to advanced data protection, also offers support for 3-2-1-1-0 backup strategies, ransomware protection through immutable data, and tools for centralized management of multiple environments. This allows managed service providers to offer customers a higher level of security while maintaining reasonable operating costs.
